The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar, to decide the proposal dated 08.07.2025 forwarded by the Headmaster of Rajmata Jijau Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Ganeshnagar, Tq. Rahata, Dist. Ahilyanagar.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and, upon instructions from Respondent No.2, makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking.
