The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 20.02.2026 passed by Principal District Judge, thereby rejecting Civil M.A. No.55/2026 seeking transfer of proceeding. 2.

Mr. Dhorde, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner invited attention to this Court to communication dated 25.07.2025 issued by Deputy Registrar (Administration) of this Court in response to application dated 05.04.2025 filed by petitioner and submits that petitioner was communicated that his matter is already transferred to 6th Civil Judge, Junior Division, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. However, perusal of impugned order suggests that aforesaid communication was not placed before learned Principal District Judge.

In that view of matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty in favour of petitioner to approach learned Principal District Judge, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar again for similar relief by
