DATE : 25 MARCH, 2026 P.C. :- 1) Mr.Kumbhar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the present petitioner before the Division Bench of the Small Causes Court was dismissed for non-prosecution. He submits that execution application has been filed by the respondent-landlord and a bailiff had visited suit premises which is the residential premises thereby informing the petitioner that tomorrow, i.e. on 26 March 2026, the decree would be executed. Hence, this matter has been moved by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeking protection till the Regular Court is available.
