By this writ petition the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of her tribe claim of belonging to 'Thakur' scheduled tribe which is pending before the respondent - Scrutiny committee since 12.12.2025.

Since the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET (UG) 2026 examination and needs the validity certificate, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of
