This petition has been filed for a limited purpose of seeking direction to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe which is stated to have been pending with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee since 31.07.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while deciding the tribe claim of the petitioner's blood relatives, the

2 954.WP.3955.26.odt Vigilance Cell inquiry report which has already been filed on record the petitioner is ready to adopt the said Vigilance Cell inquiry report.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July, 2026.
