The affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of State shows that final order dated 03.03.2026 has been passed by Sub-Divisional Officer whereby penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- is imposed against petitioners in respect of Tipper bearing No. MH-17-CV-1396 whereas penalty of Rs.7,50,000/- is imposed in respect of J.C.B. bearing No. MH-17-DN1752. 2.
The learned Advocate appearing for petitioners submit that petitioners were not served with final orders passed by Sub-Divisional Officer. However, now petitioners would file appeals against order passed 997 & 998.odt
by Sub-Divisional Officer.

In that view of matter, writ petitions stand disposed of by following order :
ORDER
(i) The petitioners shall be at liberty to file appeal before Additional Collector against order passed by Sub-Divisional officer within a period of two weeks from today.
(ii) If petitioners files appeal with an application for release of vehicles along with 25% of penalty amount imposed, SubDivisional Officer shall order forthwith release of petitioners' vehicles upon furnishing of an undertaking to reproduce vehicles in event of any adverse order on conclusion of appeal.
