The Petitioner is a minor girl, who is the victim of sexual offence. At her behest, offence vide Crime No.208/2026 has been registered with CIDCO Police Station, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for the offence punishable under Sections 4, 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and under Sections 64 and 88 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. At present, she is pregnant of 26 weeks and 1 day as per the Report dated 09.04.2026. She has no desire to carry the pregnancy further and wants to medically terminate the same. 3.

We direct Respondent No.2 - Dean to formulate Medical Board and get the Petitioner examined tomorrow i.e. 17.04.2026.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner informs that the girl is presently admitted in Government Hospital, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. 5.

The Report be given by Respondent No.2 on 18.04.2026. 6.
