By way of the present Petition, the Petitioner seeks direction to Respondent No.3 to consider the proposal dated 18.07.2025, forwarded by Respondent No.7 on 25.07.2025, to include the name of the Petitioner in Shalartha Pranali.

Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3. Upon instructions from Respondent No.3, he submits that, proposal of the Petitioner would be considered within a period of eight weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as undertaking to this Court. 3.

In light of the above, Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the proposal of the Petitioner dated 18.07.2025, forwarded by Respondent No.7 on 25.07.2025, within a period of eight weeks from today.
