Heard learned counsel for the petitioner decree-holder and learned AGP for the respondent-State. There is preliminary decree passed by the Court of Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division on 06/03/2010. This was confirmed by the Appellate Court on 02/05/2022 on which the petitioner seeks direction to the Revenue Authorities to execute the preliminary decree, in fact, as per the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code, there is remedy of filing execution application. Let the petitioner to take appropriate steps by approaching Executing Court by satisfying the Court that
