Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 15th December, 2025, passed by the Maintenance Tribunal under Section 5(1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 ("Senior Citizens Act"). The Petitioner is a Senior Citizen, and under Section 16 of the Senior Citizens Act, the Petitioner has a statutory remedy of appeal against an order passed by the Maintenance Tribunal.

The Petition thus stands disposed with liberty to the Petitioner to invoke the remedy of statutory Appeal. 4.
