1) The Petition challenges order dated 12 March 2026 fixing the interim compensation in respect of suit premises at Rs. 15,000/- per month.

2) I have heard, Mr. Murti, the learned counsel appearing for Petitioner and Mr. Vyas, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents. The suit premises admeasure 427.724 Sq. ft. As per the valuation report relied upon by the Petitioner. The suit premises are located at J.S.S Marg Thakurdwar, Mumbai (Girgaon). It is the Page No.

Renuka 26-wp-4005-2026 Petitioner's expectation that the rental return in respect of the suit premises is only Rs. 4079.58.

3) Considering the size of the suit premises and its location, the interim compensation fixed by the Appellate Court is on extremely conservative side. This Court is therefore not inclined to interfere in the impugned order.

4) Writ Petition is accordingly rejected. However, at the request of learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, time to deposit arrears of interim compensation shall stand extended up to 22 April 2026. [SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.] Page No.
