This petition has been filed for a limited purpose of seeking direction to respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer to decide the application dated 11.12.2025 tendered by the petitioner seeking issuance of tribe certificate. 3.

Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, as the application is pending since 11.12.2025, we direct respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer to decide the said application as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two weeks from today.
