The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe is stated to have been pending with the respondent Scrutiny Committee since 27.09.2013. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell enquiry has already been conducted and the report to that effect has already been filed before the respondent Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner undertakes to file reply to the vigilance cell enquiry report within a period of two weeks from today.

If the reply to vigilance cell enquiry report is filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated, we direct the respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today, considering the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since last more than 13 years.
