By consent of the parties, following order is passed: (a) The impugned orders are quashed and set aside; (b) Both parties are at liberty to file certificate prepared by their Architect on the panel providing proportionate and appurtenant area as per Government Resolution dated 22 June 2018;

(c) The Competent Authority shall grant opportunity of hearing to both sides, and shall adjudicate exact area which both societies are entitled as per Government Resolution dated 22 June 2018;

(d) Except calculation of area as contemplated by Government Resolution dated 22 June 2018, no more inquiry shall be conducted;

(d) The Competent Authority shall complete such exercise within eight weeks from today.

Both the writ petitions stand disposed of in above terms. No costs.
