The petitioner, in paragraph no. 15 of his petition, has made a statement on oath that after issuance of a certificate under Section 101 of the MCS Act for an amount of Rs. 24,65,041/- along with interest, the petitioner in the years 20242025 and 2026 has deposited an amount of Rs. 17 lakhs.

Hence, until the disposal of the revision, the auction proceedings shall not be conducted, and the pendency of this petition shall not preclude the revisional authority from deciding the revisional application on merits.
