The petitioner is seeking direction to decide the interim relief application filed by him.

Prima facie, it appears that the petitioner has complied with Section 154-2A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, hence, the revision application for stay has to be decided on merits by the Revisional Authority. According to the Society, there is delay in filing the revision application that will be a consideration for the Revisional Authority while deciding the application for stay. The said application shall be decided within four weeks from today. It shall be open for the Revisional Authority to decide the Revision Application itself.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms.
