Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner makes a statement before this Court in presence of her client-Petitioner that all the proceedings filed against the Respondent before the Small Causes Court to be withdrawn by the Petitioner, within a period of 1 week from the date of uploading of this order.

Liberty is granted to correct the name of Respondent in the cause-title of the writ petition.
