Learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 23rd November 2022 in the substantive suit which is pending. 2.
If an Application is made, the trial Court shall obviously consider the same in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is, therefore, allowed to be withdrawn keeping all contentions open.

The interim order was in operation till 26th March 2026. Learned counsel for the Corporation fairly submitted that orally it was argued that no coercive steps would be taken for a period of one week thereafter.

Considering that the Petitioners were protected by the interim order since 2022, and in the facts and circumstances of the present case, we direct the Corporation not to take coercive action against the Petitioners for a period of three weeks from today.
