Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded to forward the petitioner's proposal dated 05.05.2025 to respondent No.3 - Deputy Director of Education, Latur to include his name in Shalarth ID, within a period of 15 days, and also to direct respondent No.3 to include the name of petitioner in Shalarth ID, within a period of 30 days.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Upon instructions, learned AGP submits that respondent No.4 would forward the

2_WP_4126_2026 proposal of petitioner to respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks and respondent No.3 would decide the said proposal within a period of eight weeks thereafter. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.4 to forward the proposal of petitioner to respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks and after making scrutiny and giving hearing to petitioner, if required, respondent No.3 to decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
