In this Petition, learned AGP submits that copies of the papers have not been supplied. This is contradicted by learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners.

Be that as it may, an additional set of papers shall be served on the learned AGP within one week from today.

Learned AGP correctly points out that the representation of Respondent No.4 i.e. Government of Maharashtra through Law and Judiciary Department, is not correct in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

In that light the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to varsha
