This petition is kept for compliance today in the light of the directions issued in order dated 16th April 2026. 2.

As per the said directions, the respondent No.3-Tahsildar assisted by the respondent No.5-Senior Inspector of Police, were required to assist the petitioner (secured creditor) in taking physical possession of the secured asset on 30th April 2026. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the need of taking physical possession of the secured asset no longer exists, as the original borrower repaid the entire amount due and the account has since been regularized. It is submitted that in such circumstances, the petitioner does not intend to press for reliefs in terms of the prayers made in the writ

In view of the above, it is recorded that the directions contained in the order dated 16th April 2026 issued to respondent Nos.3 and 5, are rendered infructuous, in the light of subsequent developments.
