A limited prayer in this Petition is to hear and decide the Darkhast No. 62 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 3.

The decree, which is put to execution in Darkhast No. 62 of 2022, ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.04.10 10:47:41 +0530 was passed on 5th August, 1995. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that third party/obstruction applications, filed in the Execution Petition, are awaiting adjudication since the year 2022. 4.

In view of the directions of the Supreme Court in the case of Rahul S Shah Vs Jinendra Kumar Gandhi,1 the Execution Petitions are required to be decided in a time frame.
