Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr Kankal, the learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL order passed by the Maintenance Tribunal has been implemented. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.05.07 09:14:55 +0530 3.
The Respondents before the Maintenance Tribunal have been evicted from the subject premise. An inventory of the articles lying in the subject premises has been prepared and the premises have been locked. However, the Petitioner has refused to take possession of the subject premises.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondents Nos. 1 and 4 be directed to handover the clear and vacant possession of the subject premises.

Since the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have implemented the order by evicting Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and an inventory of the articles lying in the premises has been prepared, there seems no impediment to the Petitioner to take the possession of the subject premises. 6.
Respondent No. 4 is directed to call upon Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take the possession of the articles of which an inventory is prepared.

If the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 do not take possession of the articles despite intimation, they shall be put to notice that those articles would be disposed of as unclaimed property.
