The learned Counsel for the Petitioners has in lieu of the prayers sought for in the Writ Petition, sought for a direction to the SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Respondents to hear the Petitioners' Appeal and Interim Application Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2026.04.08 11:09:00 +0530 dated 17th March 2026 as expeditiously as possible as in accordance with law.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners has sought for the Appeal and Interim Application to be placed before the Hon'ble Minister, other than the Education Minister, who was the complainant, and as per the 'Conduct of Business Rules', to be disposed of within the time frame determined by this Court. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners has referred to a similar order dated 27th March 2026 passed by this Bench in Writ Petition No. 3844 of 2026.

Having considered the submissions of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners as well as Mr. Kankal, learned AGP for the Respondent-State, we consider it appropriate to grant similar relief, as granted in Writ Petition No. 3844 of 2026 by this Bench. 5.

The Petitioners' Appeal and Interim Application dated 17th March 2026 will be placed before the Hon'ble Minister of the Respondent-State, other than the Education Minister, as per the 'Conduct of Business Rules', to be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

Till the Interim Application dated 17th March 2026 preferred by the Petitioners is disposed of by the Hon'ble Minister and for a period of two weeks thereafter, the impugned Order dated 5th March 2026 shall not be given effect to.

Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
