I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the contesting respondent. 3.
Considering the fact that the petition filed by respondenthusband before the Family Court is for divorce, the learned Family Court shall permit the petitioner-wife to file her written statement, if the same is filed within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the application filed by the petitioner under Order 7, Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code at Exhibit-32 will be withdrawn. Statement is accepted.
