Heard. The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe is pending with Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 01.09.2025. The petitioner, therefore, seeks expeditious disposal of the said tribe claim. 2.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET-2026 and wants to prosecute higher studies, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026.
