Heard. The petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe, which is pending before Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 11.08.2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry has been conducted and even the report has also been submitted before Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee. 3.

In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July, 2024. 4.
