At the outset, the learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to amend the petition in order to add certain documents, which were not available. After arguing for some time, the learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in order to challenge the impugned orders in accordance with law. 2.

The Petitioners are permitted to withdraw this writ petition. Liberty to approach the DRT, strictly in accordance with law. 3.

If the Petitioners approach the DRT in terms of the statement made Sweety

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
