By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction for expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" scheduled tribe which is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 07.11.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Vigilance Cell Enquiry report submitted during the proceedings of tribe claim of cousin sister namely Swarupa Narendra Huge, is already on record and the petitioner is ready to adopt the same. 4.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny
