By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe which is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 19th December 2024.

Since the petitioner is prosecuting her studies, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditious as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026.
