Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to decide the proposal of petitioner dated 09.10.2025 to grant him Shalarth ID with effect from 01.07.2023 and also release salary in favour of petitioner, within stipulated time.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Upon instructions, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of four weeks. We take the said statement as undertaking
