VERSUS

Santosh Sarjerao Solanke And Ors ...

Mr. R M Sayyed, Advocate for the Petitioner *** CORAM : S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J DATE : APRIL 22, 2026 PC :

1.

The Petitioner takes exception to order dated 08.01.2026 passed by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mantha, District Jalna in RCS No. 26/2008, whereby permission is granted to Plaintiff to produce documents on record. 2.

Undisputedly, Plaintiff produced documents, which are copies of public record and such documents are admissible in evidence. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner submits that vide order passed below Exhibit 315, Trial Court has erroneously exhibited documents. However, this Court finds that documents, which are given Exhibit Nos. 143, 183 and 184, are admitted evidence as those are public documents. 4.

The aforesaid position is not disputed by Petitioner. In that view of matter, this Court finds no reason to entertain Writ Petition. Hence, Writ Petition stands rejected.

924-WP-4365-2026.odt 5.

Needless to observe here that although documents have been given exhibit numbers and its production is permitted at fag end of proceedings, Petitioner would be at liberty to make an application before Trial Court for recalling of any witness, if it found necessary in pursuance to production and exhibition of documents under impugned order if some clarification is required to be obtained on record.
