The petitioner has made the following prayers: "a) issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the eligibility condition contained in Clause 3.20 (6) of the Request for Proposal dated 12.02.2026 issued by Respondent No. 2;
b) in the alternative, issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to read down, modify and/or ignore the impugned condition contained in Clause 3.20(6) of the Request for Proposal dated 12.02.2026 for the purposes of evaluation of bids; c) issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to participate in the tender process pursuant to the Request for Proposal dated 12.02.2026 without being subjected to the impugned condition contained in Clause 3.20 (6); d) pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the operation, implementation and effect of the impugned condition contained in Clause 3.20(6) of the Request for Proposal dated 12.02.
2026; e) pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to accept and consider the Petitioner's bid pursuant to the Request for Proposal dated 12.02.

f) pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to restrain the Respondents from finalising the tender process in a manner that excludes the Petitioner on account of the impugned condition; g) Interim/ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d) to (f) above; h) pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Mr. Ramdas P. Hake Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
