The Tribe Claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe is stated to have been pending with respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee since 08.10.2010.

We find that since the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending for last 16 years, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today. 4.
