This petition is filed for a limited purpose of seeking direction to respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Officer,Majalgaon, District Beed to decide application tendered by the petitioner seeking caste certificate in Form 'C' under "The Maharashtra Scheduled Tribes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Certificate Rules, 2003 which is pending since 26.01. 2026. 3.

Since, an innocuous prayer has been made, we direct the respondent No.2/SDO to decide the saod application dated 26.01.2026 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today in accordance with law and on
