Mr. Chawan, the learned senior counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4 - Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Mumbai states on instructions that inadvertently the order passed by this court on 6th March 2026 in writ petition no.599 of 2026 with writ petition no.1551 of 2026 requiring the Development Corporation to upload the Minutes of Land Allotment Committee (LAC) Meeting held on 16th February 2026 within 48 hours, could not be complied with. He further states that the minutes of LAC Meeting dated 16th February 2026 have been uploaded on the website of the Development Corporation namely 'MILAAP' Portal.
927 WP4386.2026.doc 2) Though we cannot approve of the conduct of the Development Corporation in not complying with the order passed by this court on 6th March 2026, having regard to the main prayer in the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent - Development Corporation to upload the Minutes of the LAC Meeting dated 16th February 2026, writ petition no.4386 of 2026 stands disposed of without entering into the allegations made by the petitioner-firm in the present proceedings.
3) A copy of the Minutes of LAC Meeting dated 16th February 2026 has also been served upon the learned counsel for the Petitioner-firm which according to the learned counsel, may take recourse to appropriate proceeding.
4) Needless to state, all the grounds and contentions are left open.
