Mr. Kharosekar, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner, submits that Petitioner's JCB machine/vehicle has been seized by Gram Revenue Officer under panchnama dated 15.02.2026. Thereafter, he submitted report to Tahsildar and accordingly, on 27.02.2026, report is made to Sub-Divisional Officer. Till this date, Petitioner is not in receipt of any show cause notice, however, his vehicle is illegally detained by revenue authorities.
