The Petitioner raises challenge to order dated 10.02.2026 passed by Respondent No. 3 (State Information Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar) in Second Appeal Nos. 5389 and 5390/2025.

The learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner submits that Petitioner had sought information under Right to Information Act, however, same was not supplied. Therefore, he filed appeal and second appeal before Competent Authority under Right to Information Act.

Perusal of impugned order shows that Petitioner has sought information under two different applications dated 10.07.2025, firstly, information of 9010 during period from 2020-2025 & secondly, information regarding 15th Finance Commission works during period from 2020-2025. Perusal of Petitioner's Applications show that vague description of information has been made. No purpose for seeking such information is discernible from Applications. As rightly
