The Petitioner raises challenge to order dated 15.04.2025 passed in Appeal No. 43/2019 by Director of Other Backward and Bahujan Welfare Directorate confirming order dated 25.02.2019 passed by Divisional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur in Appeal Outward No.ASHA/244/17/201819. 2.

The Petitioner claims to be President of Trikuteshwar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (A public trust). The public trust was running Ashram School, namely, Kailaswasi Shankar Patil Prathamik Ashramshala, Shiradhon, Tq. Kandhar, Dist. Nanded. Undisputedly, aforesaid school has been transferred to another Trust, namely, Saraswati Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Shiradhon vide order dated 28.08.2009. The Petitioner is now unconcern with this school in question. The impugned order depicts that Petitioner was asked to produce documents showing that he has been appointed as President of Trikuteshwar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal,

In that view of matter, Appellate Authority has rightly concluded that Petitioner has no locus standi to file Appeal or raise challenge to orders passed by Competent Authority in relation to school in question. This Court finds no fault in impugned order. In result, Writ Petition stands rejected. (S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.) Umesh
