Ghute waives notice for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and upon instructions from respondent No.2 submits that the process of declaring surplus and absorption has been stayed by a written order dated 27.03.2026 itself until further orders and as regards the representation of the petitioner is concerned, it would be decided within a period of two weeks.

In view of both the statements, we dispose of the writ petition. Whenever respondent No.2 or respondent No.3 would start the process of declaring a teacher as surplus and his or her absorption, then at that time, the decision taken by respondent No.4 should be considered.
