By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction to respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe, which according to the petitioner, is pending since 04.02.2026. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has received show-cause notice issued by his employer directing the petitioner to submit the tribe validity certificate as per clause of appointment order failing which the services of the petitioner would be brought to an end, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the

(2) 933 WP-4504.2026.odt tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today. 4.

Needless to state that till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided, the employer of the petitioner shall not taken any coercive action against the petitioner solely on the ground of non-submission of the validity certificate.

We make it clear that protection granted by this Court will operate only till the tribe claim of petitioner is decided. 6.

The petitioner shall not claim any equities.
