Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - The Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Hingoli to decide the proposal dated 05.02.2025 submitted by respondent No.4 for the approval to the appointment of the petitioner within stipulated time. Learned AGP waives notice for the respondents - State. Upon instructions from respondent no.2, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight weeks.
