By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought a direction to the Respondent to reimburse the amount of Rs.45,44,692/- payable to the Petitioner - School for the academic years 2018-2019 to 2024-2025 under Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perusing prior orders passed by this Court including the order dated 7 April 2026 in Sarvodaya English Primary School Trust vs. State of Maharashtra Pallavi 1/2

2 904-WP-4518-2026.doc through the School Education and Sports Department and Ors.1, we pass the similar order as under:- (i) The Respondent No.1 - State shall within a period of 12 weeks from today scrutinize the case of the Petitioner - School and determine the eligibility as well as quantum of reimbursement to the Petitioner - School.

(ii) The admissible amount of reimbursement to the Petitioner - School shall be released by the Respondent - State within a period of two weeks from such determination.

(iii) In the event the Petitioner - School is not entitled for any amount of reimbursement, a reasoned order to that effect shall be passed and the Petitioner - School shall be at liberty to seek redressal of his grievance, in accordance with law. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms. No order as to costs. 5.
