This petition has been filed for a limited purpose for seeking direction to the respondent No.2 - Sub-Divisional Officer to decide the application tendered by the petitioner seeking caste certificate of belonging to 'Maratha-Kunbi' Other Backward Class. 3.

Since an innocuous prayer has been made, we direct the respondent No.2-Sub-Divisional Officer, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, to decide the application dated 19.09.2025, filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four
