By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction to respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe expeditiously, which is pending before the respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 30.10.2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET-UG-2026 Examination as well as desirous of prosecuting her higher studies, we direct the respondentScrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner
