Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune to consider and decide proposals of petitioner dated 26.06.2024 and 01.01.2025 submitted by respondent No.3 Management for grant of approval to her appointment order as Lab Assistant and also to release all consequential service benefits, within a period of four weeks.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Upon instructions, learned AGP submits that said proposals would be decided
