Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Hingoli to decide the proposal dated 15.06.2024 submitted by respondent No.4 for the approval to transfer of petitioner from unaided to partially aided post, within stipulated period.
