Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner had instituted MACP No.443 of 2023 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon. The claim has been settled in National Lok Adalat, thereby respondent had agreed to deposit/pay an amount of Rs.10,50,000/- to the petitioner/plaintiff. In view of aforesaid compromise, Lokadalat award came to be passed on 13.12.2025. The respondent has deposited amount in the court. Petitioner tendered an application dated 6.12.2026 seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount. However, no order is passed. 2.

Having considered the submissions advanced, it can be observed that the purpose would be served if the Tribunal decides petitioner's application seeking withdrawal of the

wp 4561.26.odt amount on its own merits, expeditiously, and in any case within a period of four (4) weeks from today. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
