Heard. By this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking direction for expeditious disposal of their tribe claims of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' which is stated to have been pending with Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 21.09.2023.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report submitted in the case of their cousin sister is already on record and the petitioners are ready to adopt the same.

Considering the fact that petitioner No.1 is appearing for NEET Examination-2026 and petitioner no.2 is desirous to prosecute the Narwade

38-wp-4585-2026 -2higher studies, need validity certificates, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026. 4.
