Present writ petition takes exception to the orders dated 29.4.2025 and 3.2.2026 passed below Exhibit-35 and Exhibit44 respectively in Regular Civil Appeal No.79 of 2019 pending before the learned District Judge, Nanded.

Having considered the submissions advanced, this Court finds that without delving into merits of the contentions, writ petition can be disposed off by innocuous order, thereby directing the learned District Judge, Nanded to decide the pending appeal within a period of four months from today. 3.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. The Learned District Judge, Nanded is directed to decide Regular Civil Appeal No.79

wp 4626.26.odt of 2019 within a period of four months from today. In case the appeal could not be decided within a stipulated period for any reason beyond control of parties and the Court, the appellate Court shall decide the applications at Exhibit 35 and 44 by hearing the parties.
